CRO Example

Sharing experimentation and optimization efforts and results throughout the organization you work for. This typically means engaging with your soft skills of planning, organizing, and communication to distribute CRO information across many different individuals and teams. This information then “pollinates” their minds, producing new ideas (seeds) that the optimization team can nurture. Look… it’s a whole botanical metaphor for ideation, OK?
