“Personal Information” means any information that is publicly accessible via the Internet or voluntarily given by the user to Corvus CRO including but not limited to a username, password, email address, city, telephone number, or other information you desire to provide.
“Website” means the Corvus CRO website, corvuscro.com.
Use and Collection of Information
Corvus CRO collects and analyzes information a user has voluntarily made publicly available via the Internet in order to measure the influence of a user. Collection and analysis of information is not limited to registered Website users. Corvus CRO may present some of this collected and analyzed information on the Corvus CRO website or on its mobile application in a manner that does not personally identify a user. Corvus CRO may also share this collected and analyzed information with third party partners in a manner that does not personally identify a user. Corvus CRO does not collect or analyze non-public information from private networks unless Corvus CRO receives authorization to collect and analyze such information.
Information Collected upon Registration
If you desire to become a registered user of Corvus CRO and desire to have access to the Services of Corvus CRO you will be required to submit Personal Information.
Geo-location Data means location information Corvus CRO receives from Social Media Services (as defined in Social Media Services) that you may enable within the Services and also location information Corvus CRO receives (with your permission) from your mobile device. Corvus CRO uses Geo-Location Data to:
- complete your Corvus CRO profile (for example to indicate that you are located in Chicago, Illinois);
Log Data is certain personally non-identifiable information Corvus CRO automatically receives when you interact with the Site or use the Corvus CRO Services. This Log Data is collected passively and may include your:
- IP address,
- browser type or domain from which you are visiting,
- site pages you visit,
- search terms you use, and
- any advertisements on which you click.
If you are accessing the Internet from an Internet service provider, the IP address may be different every time you log on to the Internet. Corvus CRO uses Log Data to provide you with the Services and to pool it with other information in order to monitor the use of the Services. Corvus CRO also uses Log Data to provide for the technical administration of the Services. Corvus CRO does not associate your IP address with any other Personal Information to identify you personally unless Corvus CRO is asked to comply with subpoena or legal demand, or Corvus CRO suspects that there has been a violation of its policies, its Terms of Service and/or applicable law.
Online tracking technology enables website operators to collect information about consumers as they move across websites and other online services. Most browsers incorporate “do not track” (DNT) features in their privacy settings. When enabled, a DNT signal or request informs a website operator that the visitor does not wish to be tracked online. Corvus CRO is currently designed only for tracking movement within the Site. Corvus CRO does not honor DNT requests, and does not treat visitors who make DNT requests differently from visitors who do not make DNT requests. Corvus CRO also does not differentiate between visitors who make DNT requests and visitors who do not make such requests, when it comes to the collection or usage of information. There are no third parties that conduct online tracking on the Site.
