Experiments that are easy to execute and will more often than not produce a positive result. Used to find “quick wins” and artificially inflate win rate. Often bourne from a top-10 list or playbook, with little prior research. Variation changes usually follow web/UX/UI design best practices; may not actually be worth testing, and “just do it” instead.
