Relevance in CRO
Not to be confused with UI (User Interface), the means by which a user interacts with a system. Also not to be confused with usability, the degree to which an interface is easy, efficient, and pleasant to use. UI, usability, copywriting, information architecture, accessibility, etc. are parts of UX; it is the geshtalt discipline governing all of these principles.
This is your qualitative research. Talk to your users. Understand and solve their problems. Ignore the user at your own peril. Drive enough away and no more business. No more business and no more CRO job for you. How’s your resume looking?
